From Maxed Out Credit Cards to Millions

Lisa found herself overwhelmed by debt: credit cards, student loans, and a salary that left her barely scraping by on rent! 

She longed for freedom, but hadn’t the slightest idea how to get there.  One fateful day, Lisa stumbled upon e-commerce!  With a mere $500 left on one credit card, she started a small online business selling handmade jewelry. 

The first several months were quite the struggle—she sold practically nothing. While many of us would have given up; Lisa's determination saw her online business thrive!  She took on the challenge of study marketing, honing her products, and developing customers and consumers alike. 

Fast forward a couple of years, and Lisa’s lovely little store was doing six figures in revenue.  Just five short years later she sold the brand for millions.  Today, Lisa invests in start ups and also teaches others how to run an online business.  

What Lisa’s story teaches us: 

• You don't need money to get started, you just need the right mindset!  

• Learning and iterating is worth more than a great plan.  

• Small and consistent wins will eventually lead to a significant success.
